The Poor Knights Islands are world famous for their first class diving provided by the special circumstances created by a very unique warm current. But anyone who has been diving at these spectacular islands knows that playing hide and seek in the kelp forest with a good buddy is just as liberating as seeing the local dolphins or manta rays play during surface intervals or on the dive itself.
The easiest way to get to the Poor Knights Islands is to jump on a boat from Tutukaka. We have chosen the most experienced dive center for your dive trip. Winning several awards for being a professional and environmentally active organization you will be on top managed boats who are the only ones certified to interact with the hundreds of dolphins often riding the bow waves on your way to Poor Knights Islands.
On the day of arrival you will be greeted in the dynamic dive shop by friendly staff, fill in the paperwork and have a chance to say hello. The next morning the crew will pack your equipment so for now you can check in at your hotel and relax. The following days will consist of 2 dives a day with lunch and drinks served during the surface interval. There will be no refund on dives not used. Check out on the last day at lunch.
